Choosing to begin therapy can be a vulnerable and sometimes overwhelming step. My goal is to offer a supportive, empathetic space where openness is encouraged and judgment is left at the door. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, working toward deeper connections, growth, and healing—whether individually or as a couple.
This practice uses systemic approaches such as Structural, Bowenian, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples understand relationship dynamics, shift unhelpful patterns, and build stronger emotional connections.
This practice uses a holistic, client-centered approach that explores personal history, family dynamics, and current patterns while integrating somatic and experiential techniques to foster healing and growth for individuals.
Step 1: Schedule a 15-minute consultation
Fill out the contact form or call to schedule a 15 minute free consultation to determine if Hummingbird Healing Counseling and Therapy is the right fit for you.
Step 2: Schedule your first appointment
Following the 15-minute consultation, we will schedule your first appointment if it's determined that Hummingbird Healing is a great fit for your care.
Step 3: Setup your client portal and billing
Prior to your first appointment, you will receive two emails containing instructions on how to setup your client portal through Simple Practice, and your HIPAA-compliant medical billing portal through Alma. Please have these items completed at least 24hrs before your intake session to avoid any delays or issues with payment or processing claims.
Step 4: Begin care
Once all of the portals have been setup and the intake forms have been received, we can officially begin your care at Hummingbird Healing.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their most vulnerable experiences and foster healing, growth, and self-understanding. My approach integrates systemic, somatic, experiential, and mindfulness-based therapies, emphasizing the mind-body connection and tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. I also incorporate expressive arts and creative interventions to support exploration beyond words. With experience working with couples and adults facing challenges such as trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and attachment-related patterns, I collaborate with clients to build meaningful goals and practical tools that promote resilience, emotional regulation, and lasting personal growth.
